An admin setting a password signs out that person's devices
When an admin sets the password of another user, that person is signed out on all their devices, as with your own password change. Useful with a lost phone.
Everyone with a login sees the same dogs, trainings and tasks, and sees changes as they happen. The kennel settings decide how your season, your heats and your lineup rows work.
Live across screens. Someone logs a training in the yard, and the list at the desk updates by itself. The counters on the tabs and in the menu follow too.
Users and roles. Admins manage users, the archive and the kennel settings. The bottom bar on the phone shows only the pages someone has rights for.
The kennel sets its own rules. Which month the season starts in, how training numbers count, how long a heat lasts and how often heats repeat, when rest starts during tracking, and the names of the lineup rows.
Signed-in devices. Change your password and your other phones and computers are signed out while this one stays. An admin can do the same for someone else, useful with a lost phone.
Updates to this part
When an admin sets the password of another user, that person is signed out on all their devices, as with your own password change. Useful with a lost phone.
The counts on the tabs and in the menu update when someone else changes something, and are fetched again when you come back to the app after a while.
Every change to a training, task, dog, route, user, heat, period out or note reaches every screen as it happens.
The season begins in a month of your choosing. Season 2026/27 runs from that month in 2026 to the month before it in 2027.
