Tasks
Feed orders, vet visits, fixing a sled: a task has a title, a deadline and who does it. Home shows what is open and what is overdue.
Anyone or someone. Assign a task to a person or leave it for anyone. When it is done, the app keeps who did it and when.
In your phone calendar. Subscribe once and every open task with a deadline that is yours or for anyone shows up in Calendar on iPhone, iPad and Mac, or in Google Calendar and others. A new task appears by itself.
Overdue, visibly. Open tasks and overdue tasks are counted on Home and in the menu. The counters follow live when someone else finishes something.
Archive, with undo. A task that is no longer needed goes to the archive for everyone. Undo right after brings it back.
