Notes on a dog

Short notes on a dog, pinned when the whole kennel should see them.

The dog page has a notes line: when the last note was written, All to see them, and Write one, which opens the form at once.

Writing and pinning

  1. Tap Write one, type the note and save.
  2. Open the menu of a note to pin it, edit it or remove it. A removed note comes back with Undo in the message.

A pinned note sits at the top of the dog page and shows as a badge in the dog list, so a handler who does not know the dog reads it before hooking up. Notes are live: a note written at the desk is on the phone in the yard right away.

Remarks on a dog in a lineup are something else: they belong to that training and stay there.
