Log in on your phone or computer
Nordspann runs in the browser and as an app on iPhone and Android. Each device signs in on its own.
Nordspann is the same on every device: the web app in a browser and the phone app for iPhone and Android have the same screens.
Signing in
- Open the app, or the web address your kennel uses.
- Enter your email address and password. You get them from the admin of your kennel.
- Tap Log in. You land on Home.
Each device has its own session, so you can be signed in on your phone and at the desk at the same time. After too many failed attempts the app asks you to wait a moment; without connection it says so instead of waiting forever.
What you see
The menu, and the bottom bar on the phone, show only the pages you have rights for. An admin sees Users and the kennel settings; a handler sees the dogs, trainings, routes and tasks.
The phone app starts without reception. Everything that needs the server, such as a list that has changed, catches up once there is signal.
