Archive a training and bring it back
A training that should not be there goes to the archive. Undo brings it back right away; an admin finds it later.
Open the menu of the training and choose Archive. You go back to the list, and the message offers Undo for a few seconds.
Opened later, an archived training shows a red Archived badge with Bring back at the top right. Saving or an action on an archived training is refused until it is brought back.
Admins have a filter Archived in the trainings list to look through the archive. The same works for tasks and routes.
Archiving a training that a phone is tracking stops that tracking at once; what was recorded stays with the training.
