Which route did a training run?
A GPS track that rode a known route is recognised. The training shows the route and how well the track matched it.
When a track is saved, the app compares it with the routes of the kennel. A track that rode a known route is matched to it: the training shows the route and a match percentage instead of a loose line.
The route then counts the run: how many times it was run, when the last run was, and how the times compare. A dog page lists the routes that dog ran.
A track that clearly rode a known route is never saved as a second copy of that route, so every route stays one route with many runs. A track that does not match anything stays with the training as its own line, and can be the start of a new route.
Choosing a route for a training before the run shows the line as a guide on the phone while tracking, with the distance to go and a warning when you are off the route.
